They say it's WONDERFUL....and boy it was!
Danbury High School has an amazing wealth of talent. You guys wowed me. Students I saw were Nicole and Joanna in the orchestra pit. Sioban, Brianna, Lauren, Venessa on stage...if I missed anyone, I apologize. Kelly, I was looking for you in the crew but didn't see you. I guess you were doing a job well done!
Thank you for the WONDERFUL night out.

It's coming to an end
My student teaching assignment at Danbury High School is quickly coming to an end. I have learned so much about teaching and myself, that I can not even begin to quantify it. While many student teachers are counting down the days until the end of their assignment, I wish I could stay until the end of the year and beyond.
I have forged some deep friendship and bonds with both teachers and students and I am sad that I will not be able to share the end of year happenings with them. Change is always difficult. I personally put my heart and soul into everything I do and leaving this wonderful school and the talented people who make up Danbury High School if not easy.
With all that being said I hope that everyone I met would like to stay in contact. I'm creating this blog as a forum to stay connected. Yes I know, there's Facebook and twitter and MySpace, but I was hoping maybe this blog could evolve into something more. A place were students and teachers could collaborate and stay in touch.
